Hart Telephone Company Acquires
Georgia Cable Television System
 

Tampa, Florida - Communications Equity Associates (“CEA”) announced today that it represented Hart Telephone Company (“Hart”) in the acquisition of the Galaxy Cable, Inc. cable television system serving Avalon and Martin, Georgia. Hart Telephone and its subsidiary, Hart Cable, currently provide cable television service as well as telephone and DSL service in Hartwell and Hart County, Georgia. The Avalon and Martin system will be combined into the Hartwell operation.

Edward H. Frazier, Jr., Senior Vice President of CEA represented the buyer in the transaction. Mr. Frazier is based in CEA’s Tampa, Florida headquarters.
