Blackshear TV Cable and Cable Vue TV
 

Tampa, Florida - Communications Equity Associates (“CEA”) announced today that it represented Blackshear TV Cable and Cable Vue TV in the sale of the cable television systems to Alma Telephone Company (“ATC”). The systems serve approximately 4,200 basic subscribers in Baxley and Blackshear, Georgia. ATC, which currently provides cable television service to Alma, Georgia will serve 6,000 cable subscribers from a single headend.

Edward H. Frazier, Jr., Senior Vice President of CEA represented the seller in the transaction. Mr. Frazier is based in CEA’s Tampa, Florida headquarters.
