Overview
CEA Atlantic Advisors, LLC, a FINRA licensed broker/dealer, formed the Institutional Placement Group in 2005 to focus on raising equity and debt capital for company sponsored investment offerings as well as select third party placements.

Experience & Expertise

• Work directly with Sponsor/General Partner and management staff to advise on appropriate offering terms and deal structures, and assist with the creation of official offering memorandums and sales materials.
