Australia and New Zealand
CEA advised the Australian Broadcasting Corporation on its pay television strategy in conjunction with the opening up of the Australian Pay TV market. CEA also represented Sky TV, the New Zealand Pay TV operator, in its sale to a consortium headed by Time Warner and TCI.
CEA covers the European markets from its London base through the wholly-owned affiliate Communications Equity Associates International ("CEAI"). CEA has operated in Europe since the mid-1980's and has significant transactional experience in all major markets across Europe.
